Pandora Jewelry

Inside the store was very nice but the online ordering sucks they sent me all the wrong items and wouldn’t exchange them even though it was wrong on their end. So I have to send everything back and go inside the store and have to wait for my money to come back. I will never order online again!

The staff was friendly, the items were easy to find and they made me feel. Comfortable enough to come back.

The sale on the free bracelet was not quite clear as I entered the store I found out the catch was only an amount of one bead would be a discount off the bracelet.

I enjoy the customer service however we are more antisocial. We would’ve liked to be able to look around first without anyone bothering us . Once we’re ready we’d ask for help . The service was great!

Emilee was very nice and patient with me. She showed me many options and new items. She was awesome!

I love to see all merchandise available on display. I understand that some locations have limited space and new items take priority on the showroom floor. But, I would love to see more merchandise. If I know it's is available, I will be more likely to purchase. Thanks.

No specific reason why. I always come to this Pandora store. They are always friendly. I guess they just didn't do anything extra for continued support from me.Same quality of good service.
