There was only one available associate when I arrived. Majority of the items I was looking for were unavailable. Had to order items from another store and associates got my address wrong. Which caused a delay in the shipping.

The bracelet was clearly marked for 75 dollars however the attendant charged me 90 dollars for the product. Good thing I noticed the error before leaving and was quickly refunded the 16 dollar overcharge.

Curbside pickup went well. The associate was great, however I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed and I said yes but haven’t received it yet. I would like to receive my receipt.

Several of the charms I went to purchase were sold out in store and online, and have been since Christmas! It's frustrating to find something in the catalog that you like but then can't purchase it.
