There is always room for improvement in any service rendered. I would have liked more options available in the line of American icons like dangling flag/stars stripes.

The store was clean There weren’t many people in there There were a fair amount of choices of the same ring Incase one size didn’t work.

The sales associate I was with seemed bothered when I didn’t want to buy anything right away. She gave off the attitude that I didn’t belong in the store even though I had cash and was willing to pay. She didn’t seemed impatient while I was looking at the rings. Also I would have liked to see a larger gold selection.

I believe there is always room for improvement. I was Upset that they wouldn’t allow me to return a ring with a missing diamond in it. Also I was Upset that the device used to check out stopped working right as I was Ready to leave so had to wait longer. They did not have my size In one of the rings so they took a display one to give me. I felt They should discount it some.

The price for what I got just never seems to add up. I really wish there was some kind of customer program along the lines of buy a few get one free, but thats everything. It does put into perspective I am spending too much money on charms for my wife. I will start buying one at a time from now on considering they are so little and expensive.
