I spent a significant amount of money. The promotional heart earrings were out. Spending $395.00 something should have been substituted. I think that I will need to rethink my purchase next time.

Johane and the other sales associate was very pleasant and friendly. Despite the fact that i came in the store within minutes of closing, they did not ever make me feel, like I was being rushed. They were both very accommodating and patient.

my experience that day was quick I called ahead and had the beads held for me. I did not spend much time in the store but would have been nice to not have reentered my information as I had shopped there before. However I felt Sherry M did a wonderful job even though she was being trained at the time .

Well, it was just me and my sister, but they felt it necessary to bring the boys in the back out. I guess they were security, but it felt unnecessary. Too much for just two people.

I previously bought a necklace and explained to them that I was very unhappy with it because it turned after the first week and they said there's nothing they can do. When paying this kind of money it should never turn. I was wanting to buy lots of jewelry from Pandora but it has me very concerned. My man did take me back yesterday to try again with my bracelet which turns also but we'll see. They made me feel as though I was stupid saying my necklace turned dark but it's not wearable and I'm stuck with an expensive necklace that is not wearable....there was no offer of a return/ exchange. I would be very happy to exchange the necklace for a charm at least I could wear it! It seems like with Pandora that once they have your money that's it!! Very disappointing.

The store was very busy and they only had 2 sales people to work with customers

The checkout process did not meet my expectations. The associate kept trying to locate my customer information on the database and that took up more time than what it should have. I provided everything I could think of to help, but to no avail.
