There were a lot of charms that were not in stock and they ran out of the bigger bracelets and did nothing to try and satisfy me. I've purchases a lot of merchandise with Pandora and I didn't feel like they were willing to make the customer happy. They looked ready to go home.

None of the Pandora stores are easy to navigate through....it's difficult to find charms on your own and it appears that there is no rhyme or reason things are placed where they are, it's frustrating.

The salesperson Lauren thought I took a ring when she is the one who couldn't remember where she put it. I was embarrassed to think she thought I would steal. And she never apologized and she was not professional or helpful.

There was enough time to review the merchandise before speaking to the sales rep. She was very helpful and knowledge in answering questions. She was able to ring up the purchase quickly because we were under time constraints.

The sales associate suggestion to clean my bracelet and charms and that it would only take 10 minutes or so but it did take nearly 20-30 minutes. The store was busy and there was some confusion. Overall great experience, just got a little impatient.

The charm I was shopping for was only available for a smaller bracelet. The store merchandising could be better (i.e. circular displays). Pandora should promote if it has a rewards program for frequent shoppers.
