They did not habe the item I wanted in stock and instead of calling a near by location she said maybe they would get it in the future. I suggested that maybe she should call Kenwood and see if they have it there, but I feel like this is something she should have offered automatically

I was satisfied. It was a hustle and bustle day. I always shop that location . i come from Dayton to shop there.

The day I went was very busy. It was a Saturday and close to Christmas. While I was able to find everything I need, I just didn’t feel like the associate was as willing to help as usual. She seemed stressed that there were so many customers in the store. I probably would have purchased more if I didn’t feel rushed. I know this was out of the ordinary for Pandora.

I was looking for a charm for my 10 year old daughter that was either a "daddy/daughter" theme or a sea turtle. I didn't find one that I felt really captured what I was looking for in this case. I did find something suitable and Tina was helpful.

My primary associate--Morgan P was excellent. However, the other associate working with me when Morgan was tied up with another customer did not seem very familiar with the store.

I was buying a ring and asked the woman to size my finger. She told me i was a nine and she saw me try it on. Later when i went homw as soon as I showed my mom she told me “that rings way too big”. The woman did not inform me on how a ring should properly fit.

The sales associate had to look up every price in a book--price your merchandise. Make it easy on the customer. She handled all of the product and sold us the bracelet that she had touched for a while. How many others had handled the one on display? Maybe show the one on display and sell one in a box? Also was quoted a price on a ring from an old book. If you update your book/prices, get rid of the old book. She told the manager that she had quoted us a lesser price and the manager remarked well they will have to pay the higher price if they want it.

They did not have all of the rings I was looking for in the sizes that I needed. Overall I was very happy with what I chose. The staff were attentive and helpful. The store was not busy at the time so it's hard to say if I would have received as much help if they had been busier.
