We bought a necklace and a bracelet charm. The sales lady tried over and over to get us to buy more, to meet the sale price to receive a discount. I understand she needs the sale and is supposed to politely push. I think since we are young ( 20's) she thought if she pushed hard enough we would buy something more. She went too far and for too long. love the product, not so much the sales person

I paid in cash. After the associate counted $260 she had another one recount it. After she then marked the bills, TWICE, she proceeded to hold the bills up one by one further inspecting them. I would hope my race had nothing to do with her refusal to accept the money was real

I asked to see charms nothing in particular and I feel she showed me what she wanted me to see and acted like she didn’t want to pull charms out so I could look at all the charms.

Everytime I walk in it’s hard to pick something out. The sales associate will ask what are you looking for? I don’t know what I’m looking for but I’d like to look at all the product to see. All the charms are hidden in drawers and the associates seem like only want to bring out one. Then it’s like you have to make a decision on the tray they pull out or it’s a bother. Make a catalog or a pullout drawer with clear plastic with locks. I mate have bought more charms but didn’t want to go through the process of asking and watching the sales associate watch my every move. I think the sales strategy needs to be looked at over again and the set up.

When I walked in the store the looks for the associates where no setting. Not to mention feeling like I was being judged.

The Pandora store in The Greene's associates act as though you are doing them a favor by shopping there. They are not as enthusiastic as the sales associates at the Liberty Town Center. I drive 20 miles out of my way to make big purchases from the store in the Liberty Town Center.
