I felt rushed when trying to make a decision about a gift. First, the lady outside tried to sell me/rush me to get a sale. When I finally took a stand to wait the sales person rushed me, didn’t know all product available nor had any suggestions as to up selling me. It took another lead person to suggest an idea to complete sale. Just not a good business practice to rush people when making decisions about a gift. Now I see another charm that wasn’t offered at time of purchase. In the future I’ll know not to purchase during or around a holiday. Taylor K. has much to learn about closing sells. She is nice and new?

The ability to look at charms. Wasn’t sure what I wanted exactly, and could see a couple trays in case, but non of the other ones. Even when I wanted to see more, the assisted would give his selection not what I asked for

It was black Friday and it was busy. The internet was down and that made the wait way too long. What would have been a pretty fast transaction, turned into taking over 2 hours.

The sales associates were not very friendly to us as we entered the store it was busy but not every associate was with a customer when me and my daughter walked in we were not greeted. Two employees ignored us until we asked for help and they both walked away from us and both said to each other oh I thought you were going to help them! It seemed to us it wasn't until they saw that we were going to make a purchase that she perked up to us!

My daughter and I walked in looking for rings to buy together for her going to college experience. We visited on a Friday evening and waited 30min. for someone to acknowledge us. We left. Came back Saturday to try again and waited 30 min again with no acknowledgement. Purchased rings. Not great service.

There wasn’t a big selection like I thought it would be. Also, the worker wasn’t very knowledgeable on some things kept having to go ask somebody in the back answers.

Wanted to exchange a ring. Told “no” with an attitude instead of politely informing me. I was told when I bought this for my wife she could exchange no problem.

Well, apparently I'm getting Pandora as a gift and you just ruined the surprise. Thanks a lot! I didn't make this purchase. Not sure how you got my email; maybe my husband put it in the information you request. This same thing happened last year. You really need to rethink these stupid surveys! Sincerely, Kathy Jones

Guy who waited on me was OK. Seemed not real thrilled to be there, but was engaging. The Manager/designer was short and snippy. They did not find the charm I was looking for so I purchased a different one.

The sales person was not knowledgeable of the merchandise. I feel she was new and needs to learn. No one except the person she got from the back helped her. There were other sales people in the store with her and no one offered to help her. I was the only customer in the store.
