I feel like if you are going to offer the free bracelet and the store is out of the bracelet they should take the signs down, tell you before you purchase they are out of the bracelet or put a sign on the door. Or since the associate told us they get more in but not for us I feel people that spend that much money in the store should be given a rain check to come back and get the bracelet.

We had to wait about 30 minutes or more for a sales consultation to help us. I understand it was Black Friday, but at times 2 or more sales consultations were all helping the same customer.

Sales associate rushed me through the purchase experience. I was not able to shop properly because the merchandise was locked up!

We came in and looked and we satisfied with the girl who helped us. She wasn't overly friendly but overall helpful. We left saying we would think about it. We came back within 20 minutes ready to purchase. The first girl wasn't there. Another girl helped us like it was the last thing she wanted to do. She barely spoke to us. We told her what we wanted, she got it, rung it up, gave it to us and sent us out the door with barely 10 words being exchanged. I feel like we could have had much better customer service with employees who acted like they were okay to even be there. I also feel they all were very unprofessionally dressed for a jewelry store in leggings and sweats.

They are definitely not as friendly and polite like my usual store in Crestview Hills.i felt as though I was being rushed....The layout of the charms is awful.

A ring I purchased had a stone fallout. So we got it exchanged and it happened again. Then months went by and non of the same ring were brought back into stock

Sales associates were not friendly. It was not a great shopping experience. They could care less about making connections with their customers. After all people who are buying pieces are most likely giving them to someone special. She made no effort to provide a great service. For the amount of money I spent you think this company would care about the actual shoppers experience and that be what drives sales. Hire and train people who have a drive for service.
