The inventory was very limited. Was attempting to exchange two items that I had received as a gift for different sizes. The store did not have one of the items and I was given a store credit for less than my daughter paid for the item in a different state (due to a difference in sales tax) because company policy won't allow matching of sales tax.

The sales associate was so rude & acting like i was taking up her time. she barely said anything to me & was rude when i said i needed and bigger size ring.

Over Christmas my husband got me a bracelet I went a few weeks ago to get a different size. They did not have it. They said thru would call me when it came in. They never. I exchanged it at a another location. I went to buy something else yesterday. I knew 2 items I wanted. Never has either item. Very unhappy with this store never have what I want. No happy the associated never resolved my Christmas exchange and I had to go to another

When I walked it it seemed like the two girls working there didn't want to even approach me to make a sale. I'm assuming it's because how I was dressed (sweatpants, Carhartt coat, hair up in a quick bun). When they did, they seemed really snarky/ uninterested in helping me at all and seemed as if I was disrupting. I came in and I knew what I wanted, I got a charm and I needed a chain to go with it so I asked about the chains. One of the girls offered the adjustable chain but because of how long it was in the back I didn't care for it as much. I wanted something simple that wouldn't break. As I was trying some of them on, I was having issues with the clasps and neither of the girls offered to even help me. They barely even made eye contact. As I was struggling to clasp it together but was dead silent and they messed with their inventory.

My bracelet broke within the month I bought it. I have one charm and two clips on this bracelet that is made from the flowers of my dad’s funeral. If I would have lost this bracelet because your product isn’t made well; I would have been devastated. Pandora is not cheap. And I was not happy that I was being up sold a $100 safety chain. I feel weary about spending more money on your products.

This store is notorious for being out of stock for items & supplies. There were no white pouches available in the store today for my order. I was told the Manager recently ordered some. Why does their inventory get so low that they run out of things before an order is placed? Pandora REALLY needs to improve the inventory process. I've been there before when they were out of a standard size silver barrel clasp bracelet. Again, inventory is totally absent. Also, the quality of the silver bracelets is awful. They tarnish so easily. For a $65 bracelet, this is ridiculous. I complain to Pandora thru this survey every time I have an issue but nothing changes. I've asked for a call back to discuss my displeasure. Never received a call yet. Very poor service, poor quality, and over priced merchandise.

The sales clerk did not measure the bracelets before selling them to me. When I arrived home, one of the bracelets seemed small so I measured it and it was the wrong size. I called the store manager and since I live a good distance away, I asked her what could be done and she informed me she would call me back. That was 2 days ago. No call. Also, the store clerk had to look in 2 different cabinets to find the bracelets I wanted. Inventory is a real problem at the Pandora stores and I've been to all of them in the Cincinnati area as well as southwest Florida. Frequently the stores don't have the sizes I need, and I always purchase 7.5, 7.9, and 8.3 which are standard sizes, and the standard silver barrel clasp...the very basic bracelet. Lastly, this store's printer is located under a display cabinet that the store clerks have to move others out of the way to even get to. Who designed THAT? Pandora in general really needs to step it up if you're going to charge the high prices you do. And the clerks really need to understand the value of each customer. There is absolutely no reason the very basic bracelet isn't available. Ever.

Sales associate was slow, confused and unable to work the technology in order to provide service. The sales associate was unable to locate any charm we asked for (5-6 charms were going to purchase). Other sales associates were also frustrated with this person and the other sales associates were trying to help us because this sales associate couldn’t do anything. Very unsatisfied.
