Pandora Jewelry

The salesperson was very distracted and spent a lot of time answering other associates questions. I had to ask for my free bracelet and felt ignored. The store was out of several items so I had to go online when I returned home.

It was Black Friday and I arrived at 8:05 a.m. There were 3 associates selling, one standing around waiting on a gift to wrap and 1 at the door taking names. There were 7 people ahead of me, and I waited over an hour. I have a bad back and knee, so it was torture for me. I was told more associates coming in later in the day.

Charms were not available on display. They were hidden under display cabinets. You could not look at trays of charms. They sale associates would pick items out for you or you had to know exactly what you were looking to purchase. I found that they needed more display cabinets. There were only approximately 6 total, 1 with charms, which half of those were the ones being discontinued.

The store manager interfered with the sale and took over from her associate The manager then told us she was going to help someelse during our experience and walked away. She also did lot help my associate locate my item during the transaction when asked. This resulted in a long check out process.

I was given an open bangle bracelet as a Christmas present from my boss. One of the end bead caps fell of and got lost. I felt I needed to replace the end bead so I could wear the bracelet again and not hurt my boss' feelings. I had to buy a pair of the end beads (when you clearly sell single beads for everything else!) instead of just buying one. The pair was slightly less than the cost of an entire new bracelet. it was an expensive, unexpected expense.

I was disappointed with my experience at Pandora because the employees were very rude. I can into the store for a purchase and no one asked me if I needed any help or to look at something. When I asked for help I was rudely brushed off and did not receive any assistance for 10 minutes.

My first time in a Pandora store. I opened a Pandora credit card, they forgot to add my care kit to order. I realized when I got home that I didn’t get my 10% off the total order and had to call back. Four associates in store and only one customer .

I understand a sale and busy. But sale items 45% off purchase 3 items. The items not displayed had to ask and they had to open hidden case. Which made me rushed , couldn't look on own. Then I showed items i saw online on sale. they said they were not. @nd time I went in I showed again they realized their mistake but were now out. They sent me to another store that showed online has the beads. Only to find out I could not exchange. Had to buy beads again to get discount. Sending me back into the first store to return my purchase. So Liberty center Pandora store has had me running around and giving false info. I have to return only to return items. will not be going back after that.

I should have been informed that wearing merchandise in shower would tarnish items. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew that. Would not give refund. Only wore item for one day

I purchase items for a friend as well as myself, used credit card promotion. It took too long using your book method to ring out...which made me little annoyed because I'd be late to dinner resv. Gifts were bagged separately. My friend open 2 gifts at dinner. I open my bag today and 1 charm is missing. I was so annoyed with slow check out method I was looking at time on phone and text party to say I'd be late. I didnt notice my item not given to me. Item 798418C01
