I stood in the middle of the floor for 30mins until the associate that was with 2 customers asked me if i had been helped then told the other associate to help me that was at the counter doing absolutely nothing very disappointing

My ring had a jewel fall out and was bent. The women working told me it’s my fault for bending the ring and gave me an attitude after I told her I had not been bending the ring and was extremely rude to me about it. Telling me next time I will not be able to be helped.

When I was shopping in the store the internet went out and I could not pay for my merchandise. The manager was trying to figure out how to fix it but did not explain anything to the customers in the store. Instead we were just left standing there. The lady who was helping me decided to go help another customer and left me standing in the store for another 30 minutes. Not once did the manager come out and tell anybody where they were in the process. Once they finally thought they had figured out how to check people out offline the lady still did not know how to do it. I was just highly disappointed in the way this situation was handled.

I have no problem with the sales associate. It was the manager was acting dumb and stupid. I went to return a ring because it was too big. And the manager took the ring. After I left the store I checked my recipet there was no money refund to me and the was disappear. So I went back to the store asked about the ring. She said “I tought you gave me the ring for free” . Like what that suppose to mean???! I went to return the ring for a money back not to give a free thanksgiving gift!!!! Also her attitude was TRASH!!!!

I have always had a good experience at this pandora store. Today, I put my name in at 9:05 am and checked out at 11:05 am. I waited 2 hours. The store manager did not ring up one customer. There were only 3 associates until about 10 am and then one more at 11 am. An associate was wrapping the beads. I am not sure I will return. You need to think about this next year to ensure customers are not waiting for over 2 hours to be helped.
