none of the sales associate know what they're doing. lied about applied the survey coupon from last purchase. I asked whether the coupon was applied to the purchase she said"don't matter" like what it suppose to mean????? waited half hour for the sale associate to find the item bar code and give the wrong item.

The employees were very rude. I’ve been in this store twice now and both times the associates were snobby and rude and acted like me buying jewelry was a hassle. I’ll just take my business elsewhere since it’s obviously not wanted.

I went in for the $50 off $150 sale and I forgot my wallet. The sales person told me if I came back later that week they would still let me do the 50 off of 150 deal but when I went back they said no. I would really like that deal like I was promised

I did paid for my merchandise with cash and credit card and they refuse to give me my change try to play on my intelligence and when I question them about it the assistant manager said that the cash register was over $5 and then gave it back to me. I returned all the merchandise and left the store

The Associate seemed distracted and did not tell me about the sale. As a result, I did not have the opportunity to participate in the sale! When I heard another associate telling a customer, I asked her about it. She just said, well I already started ringing you up and I used your gift card, so I can't go back now! Unacceptable. I would have purchased two charms instead of just one because the ones I wanted were 35% off if you purchased two. I did not get to take advantage of this sale, and I am unhappy.

I was initially exchanging a ring for one that had a smoother finish around the ring. Morgan was helping me and doing a good job helping me locate another ring. Tori (Designer) had a customer come in after me asking about rings. Tori turned to Morgan who was helping me and said can you move the rings over here so both of them can see. The problem is she moved it out of my view and into a smaller area which was not big enough for me to see, only the customer that came in after me. I politely told Morgan to return my ring and I will go to another location who values me as a customer. I am a loyal customer to Pandora for several years (3 filled pandora bracelets and other jewelry) and I have never experienced this type of treatment ever! This is unacceptable. Tori should have looked at the other sizes until I was done! I called the store after I left to ask for corporate office phone number and when I asked for the number, Morgan said for what? I told her customer feedback, then i was placed on hold for a while then Tori came back to the phone with the number about 3 minutes later. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received!
