Manager Ceven helped get my bracelet open, ( the latch is very difficult) then suggested a little gadget that is very helpful. so much I have returned and purchased 3 more for friends.

The sales associates were knowledgeable of the merchandise and made recommendations for my purchase. They offered options that I wasn't aware of, and in addition to assisting with my purchase they cleaned my bracelet and assembled my new charms. They were delightful to deal with and truly made my day.

The minute we walked in the ladies were very attentive. I got my wife’s bracelet cleaned and picked up extra charms for my daughter’s birthday. I really enjoyed my visit yesterday.
