I received my bracelet as a Christmas gift, however, the bracelet was too big. The representative quickly assisted me in getting the correct size and took my info so I can get updates on sales. Kya and the other young lady were excellent....I hate I forgot her name. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a bracket and charm and I had to exchange the bracelet for bigger size and she was very helpful, friendly and professional.
