I looked at several charms but the mother daughter one best. I had a gift card so I knew I was going to make a purchase.

I knew prior to going what item I was looking for and if the store had it in stock. When I arrived, I was quickly assisted and was able to get the item I was looking for without trouble. Purchase process was easy and friendly.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for charms for a bracelet and she made some great suggestions. My salesperson was very friendly.

The merchandise is beautiful

I was hesitant to go into Pandora as I didn't have the greatest experience a few years ago at the location at the Kenwood Mall in Cincinnati. However, the location at the Liberty Township Mall was literally amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and even asked if they could help us look for any charms. They told us about the deal and helped me pick out charms for myself after we realized the deal was too good to pass up. She helped us pick out the charm for my mother in law as well as wrapped it up for us. And she even helped put my bracelet on after she put both charms on it. Not to mention helping me with my account for future purchases. So thank you so much Sierra H for your impeccable service and all of your help! I hope your store and company recognizes you for your amazing customer service and I hope to see you on my next visit!
