Being a newer customer to Pandora, and also trying to find something for someone else besides myself, I was overwhelmed before going into the store. When I walked in, Sara was very good at helping me but also being patient with me going back and forth.

Sierra was amazing! She approached and asked if she could help me find anything and normally I would just browse myself, but I said yes, here's what I'm looking for and she hooked me up! I would have never found the gifts I got without her help. And I'm so excited I can't wait for Christmas to give them to my daughter! She was friendly and knowledgeable!
