Each time I have visited the Liberty store, all of the employees have been super friendly. Even if they're busy with other customers, they greet you and tell you they'll be right with you. This particular visit, Paige helped me. When I told her what I was looking for, she asked additional questions. She even showed me pictures of a bracelet she had done earlier with the same charm I was considering. Top notch employee!!

It was so nice to finally walk into store without waiting in line for hours.. Paige greeted us very quickly, taking us to merchandise that we wanted to see. She showed us multiple options that we decided from.

Excellent customer service always, however I wish more charms were available.

The workers made it very easy for me to look at exactly what I wanted and helped me pick out the perfect ring and size
