As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm hello/welcome. I knew what type/style of charm I wanted to add. I asked for the pet paw/dog charms. I was taken over to the tray and was allowed to put all the ones I liked side by side. I chose the one that best that coordinated with my eclectic bracelet. I have a different pet/dog charm for each of my Boston Terriers that have passed away.

I purchased a bracelet (clasp broke) and ring (stone came out) for Christmas that I needed to return. Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable and assisted with replacing the jewelry with ease.

When my son and I walked into the store we were immediately greeted and asked if we could be helped. Our sales associate Sierra was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. She even engaged with my son as I looked at the product that I was purchasing. There wasn’t a ridiculous wait to get into the store or to be assisted either.

Very clean store. The black beautiful young queen (Khaiah) took her time with me and show me everything from rings to earrings. She really made me feel like family! Thank you!! I’ll definitely be back at the liberty center location!
