The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a large selection of merchandise and I was satisfied with my purchase. There was nothing I was dissatisfied with in my experience.

Mackenzie was very friendly. She went above and beyond for me. The bracelet I wanted was not available in my size so she checked with a different store to have it shipped rather than have me order online like I had mentioned. The store was very organized and clean

Sara was totally helpful and knew her merchandise. Displays were very beautiful. Would like to come back to this store but you all are very far away. Regular store is in Crestview ,Ky.

There were associates available as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was willing to help. My sales associate, Nadia, was able to show some items I was interested in and even up sold me on some other merchandise.

Called store for new birthday charm for wife. Associate ( KIAH) agreed to hold the last one for me. When I walked in store KIAH greeted/acknowledged me, while working with another customer. Great customer service!!!!
