Salesperson was friendly knowledgeable and patient with many questions. Unfortunately, the store was very low on merchandise and was out of many of the charms I wanted to purchase. The salesperson who helped me was fantastic but there was another sales associate who took people who just walked in ahead of customers who had been waiting.

It is a great gift item. There are charms for everyone. Great personal gift that has sentimental value.
