It was Mother's Day and I was last minute in getting a gift. The line was outside before the store even opened. However there was a system in place to get everyone serviced in order. All of the associates were friendly and patient. Liv was quick and knowledgeable. I actually told the store manager how great her staff were doing despite the madness of the holiday

Got what I was looking for

The employees were very kind. I quickly found what i was looking for. The employee looked all over for what i was looking for instead of just telling me there wasn’t anything for me.

I came to the store the day before Mother's Day. A huge mistake on my end. I waited in line for about an hour. Once I was in the store and I told Nadia what I wanted she went and found all 7 charms I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the merchandise that was in the store. She was very professional and although I waited in line for a long time I once I was able to work with Nadia the process was seamless , efficient and fast.

I was highly satisfied because I got to get the exact bracelet for my mother that I wanted. And the price was not super expensive which was great.
