I was so pleased that they helped resolve a dysfunction with a bracelet that had been purchased for me at the Jeweler Jareds a few years ago..Jareds no longer sale Pandora products. The Associate helped me with having to cut the bracelet to get the charms off and I was able to buy the same style bracelet in a bigger size. She put all my charms back on the new bracelet. Including one I had received as a gift to add to the bracelet. But both we nor the Associate were able to dislodge the cap on the end of the bracelet to do so. Thus, resulting in having to cut the bracelet. I was so afraid until I visited your store that my bracelet and old charms would have to be pitched. So thankful she was able to help me. The bracelet was even a better fit thanks to her help. Very satisfied with the immediate help and suggestions. Thank you!
