I was truly satisfied with all of the customer service that Mackenzie provided me. Ultimately, they ended up having to cut the bracelet that I had, because there was a bead stuck on there and I could not get it off and they could not get it off either. After that, Mackenzie was able to help me purchase a new bracelet, and she was so incredibly friendly with my two small children that o had with me.
