I have been given a gift online purchase. Like the bracelet. But it ended up not being what I wanted. So after a call to customer service was told I could go to a store and exchange it. Called the liberty Way store and spoke to McKenzie and she was absolutely fabulous and assisting me. Changed my plans so that I could go to the store that evening and have her be able to help me with my exchange and she made wonderful suggestions and was absolutely Exceptionally Great to work with and the pleasant young lady!! Cannot wait to go back and spend more time at the store and shop with her as my Pandora girl!!
