The plan was to get my bracelets cleaned but Cyven was so friendly and knowledgeable, she sold me a charm in a matter of minutes.

The clasp on a necklace I purchased a few years ago from Pandora had broke. The necklace was discontinued back in fall/winter, before my clasp broke. The charm on the necklace matched a charm on my bracelet so I wanted to replace the necklace. Taylor and Brianna was able to find a replacement necklace, even though it was much longer, and put the charm on the necklace. The charmed would not fit on the necklace at first but Taylor worked her magic and got it to fit perfectly without damaging the necklace or charm. I didn't even know how much the necklace was just happy they found a replacement necklace. Turns out the new necklace was a clearance item and that was more great news! I was going to buy the necklace no matter what the cost was because Taylor went above and beyond to find a necklace and got my charm to fit on it. Very impressed how she was willing to help me get this item to work. This team totally rocks!!!

The overall experience was top notch Kynnedi was phenomenal she knows all about the Pandora product line very professional and her appearance was also 100% would recommend asking for her again the other associates were pleasant as well
