We were greeted upon entering by Kiah, who let us know she would be with us in a few minutes, she came quickly to assist us. I was looking for paw print charm, the store did not have a great selection by Kiah was able to find one I loved. I will be returning to this location because of her.

Associate 198500 Taylor K. was very helpful in calling other stores nearby to ensure they had the product I wanted to exchange. She was very helpful in guiding us to determine the correct sizes & was patient as we tried on multiple sizes, multiple times. Taylor made it very easy!

This location is one of the best locations, Sara was my sales associate & she was phenomenal! Everyone overall was nice too! We bought a bracelet for my niece & she loved it! I highly recommend this location, very friendly & they cleaned our jewelry perfect!

The sales associates were extremely friendly and were very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing and even informed me of products that I wanted but did not know were available. The store was clean and well organized. Sara J. was enthusiastic while helping me and was very tactful in her upselling.

It was a weekday so I was the only on I. The stores. Also, I wanted a Disney ring and the sales associate was very knowledgeable.
