Everyone worked well for the safety of the customers. A few couples did not have the mask over there nose. This is so unfortunate for the employees.

The customer service was great. The associates were readily available and were able to answer my questions. They were very accommodating as well.

The item I wanted was out of stock on line, and out of stock in the store. They found one in Indiana and arranged for it to be shipped to my home. I was disappointed that I missed the sale price, as it was not my fault that it wasn't available on line or in my local store.

The associate was very friendly. She knew exactly what item I told her I was interested in. She even double checked the length of the bracelet when we both thought it was bigger than the stated length...I was not. It’s perfect!

Taylor was very helpful with us finding what we were looking for.

It was our first time buying pandora for our mom as a Christmas gift the sales associate was very nice and professional with a lot of knowledge on what all the items purchased and made it an East experience for us to purchase out items.

Nadia was an amazing employee. She was so positive and full of life. Had a smile so big I could see it through her mask. She should really get a raise. I think she is the best I have seen. And I am so lucky that pandora gave me a chance to meet her. I hope she gets married and has an amazing family because they would be lucky to have her. She deserves nothing but happiness. And I have no doubt in my mind she’s going to make it far.
