Right when I walked in the sales associates asked me if I needed help and I asked them if they had a certain type of charm. They pointed me in the direction and got it out for me. I bought it and they even gift wrapped it for me. All in all the service was fast and the employees were friendly and I got exactly what I came in looking for.
