Pandora Jewelry

I had a very frustrating experience at the Kenwood Pandora store. Kevin at the Liberty Center Pandora not only successfully did my exchange but had me in and out in under 5 minutes. Kevin is FANTASTIC.

I went to pandora with my daughter, she was making a purchase, after looking at the jewelry and deals I was almost sold on a purchase, the then salesman Trevor was so patient and helpful and explained the 6 months same as cash, I thought it over in the car and came back in and was approved for 3,000.00.

Tevin was AWESOME. The customer service here is great. Everyone is very friendly and patient.

This was my first visit to their store. The associates were amazing. I went in a few days prior and placed my selection on hold. I came back for the sale, I was told I needed spacers. I switched the bracelet around for an hour, Tevin and the other ladies were soooo friendly and patient with me. They are definitely in the right business. They have excellent customer service skills, and I will be back.

I was greeted by Johnae immediately upon entering the store. She came right over to address my issue and was speedy in the transaction. Johnae was very friendly and personable and I didn't feel like she was skeptical about my exchange.

I was highly satisfied because they took their time with us, I was wasn’t rushed and she gave me different options of what I could buy.
