Tevin and Joanne were awesome! I called looking for an item and they didn’t have it. I asked Tevin if he could check other locations, the Kenwood (Cincinnati) location had it, but their phone was not in service. Tevin took my number & said he would try to get a hold of the manager & get back to me. Tevin called me 2 days later and told me that the item is there at the Liberty Township store. He put it on hold for me to pick up the next day. He was off so Joanne took care of me. Now this is the type of customer service that I love! Thanks so much for going the extra mile.

Sierra my clerk was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. She has been my clerk before, and always is very pleasant and is knowledgeable of the Pandora products and inventory.
