I was greeted promptly when I entered the store she asked me what I was looking for and assisted me with location of the charm I wanted and helped me with a bracelet that I had spotted but was not planning on purchasing that day, I decided I had to have.

The associate was very patient with trying different charm combinations to see which ones look best together. The offer to ship items that weren't available was nice as well.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable, courteous, enthusiastic, and friendly. He was very attentive. The other sales associates were just as warm and friendly.

I visited pandora to get my daughter a ring and charm for her 21st birthday,and I was greeted at the door and helped right away!
