We always find the sales associates at this store very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to pull several dangle charms in rose gold, one of which I ended up purchasing. My husband had bought me the little jingle bell charm to wear on my Pandora snake chain necklace…but I already had the charm, so our reason to visit the store was to exchange the charm. No problem doing this at all. The next day, I found another charm; the lock and separate key in rose gold just looking on line, so purchased it and my husband picked it up when he got off work. I love my Pandora.
