The jewelry and designs are extremely beautiful. I am always satisfied with the selections that are available. The customer service is always great. Workers a friendly and very eager to satisfy.

I was very satisfied with my visit on Friday afternoon. Went just to look but could not resist on some earrings. One of the employees there, Sierra, did an amazing job helping me out find a bracelet that fit accordingly to my wrist. She is very friendly and really listened to my needs.

Person who waited on me (Jason) was very helpful and friendly. Had another customer when I entered and was working by himself, but ensured that I was comfortable and engaged as much as he could until he finished with previous customer. Very knowledgeable of the Pandora collection and made excellent recommendations given my purchase criteria (budget, types of charms I wanted, etc.). Took extra time to explain to me upcoming collections and potential promotions, and to connect my charm purchase (for my mom) to the previous purchase made in my mom's name by my sister (for insurance purchases). Best Pandora experience I have ever had!

I came into the store looking for a bracelet, associate Johana helped my boyfriend and I find a bracelet that I loved in a timely manner. The quality of the bracelet and chain I got was wonderful. Johana was able to answer any questions I had and was a great help.

I received assistance right away. She was most helpful locating 4 charms that I was interested in. She gift wrapped them

The ladies that helped me (Emilee and Connor) were very easy to talk to and were super helpful. They did a good job of upselling the product and deals that were going on, but when I declined they were still just as friendly and didn’t try to shove it down my throat, which is very refreshing because I hate feeling pressured to do something. They were really great and I’m happy to have worked with them.

Very friendly, tried to replace my ring for me, instead of me having to buy a new one. Helped me.pick out another style. Also styled my charms on my bracelet while putting my new charm on.

Excellent customer service

The staff at the liberty location is normally very helpful, patient and friendly. I was there to get my jewelry cleaned and make a purchase. The gentleman that helped me made sure to let the staff member that was there when I returned know that I was coming. They also had the charm I wanted to purchase ready for me. Always a pleasure! Looking for to the new charms scheduled to come in March!
