It was very easy to talk to the store representative. She was very friendly and she would complete all your requests when wanting to see an ídem, or see a charm on a bracelet. She would speak to you as a friend and not someone try trying to get money out of you. I came in not knowing what I wanted and came out with three different products and they are all beautiful.

Great customer service

I went in looking for one thing, Jayson H was very nice and welcoming to me. I never have been in to a pandora store and me mad me feel welcomed and explained things very well to me. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything else. All though he did give me suggestions but once I said not on this trip, he didn’t say anything more.
