Jason is amazing- friendly, relatable, knowledgeable- just a joy to have help me. He has sold me a bracelet the previous day (the snake chain with the slider) but the chain pulled the hairs on my arm. He didn’t flinch when I came in to return. I needed some clips for another bracelet and he gladly helped me pick out what I needed!

I was greeted and helped seconds after entering the store. I brought my bracelet to be cleaned. I was told it would take 30 minutes of machine time. While I waited I discovered the long awaited jewelry boxes. Only had small and medium in stock. Was told that larger one was at another store. To my disappointment the larger only comes in pink. I would prefer gray. I am not a pink person. I hope to locate the larger one to see if it fits my needs. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. I accomplished my mission in the short time I had as I was on my way to another event in the area.
