I was never able to walk into a store and find exactly what I was looking for and have a sales person be confident enough to help us find the item we wanted

I like that they took my name as soon as I entered and put me in que to get assistance. I was disappointed that the FREE bracelets were all gone in silver, but I spent enough for a rose gold one, so I guess that's ok. There were a few other items sold out, but its Christmas so not too surprising. I love the time and attention the sales associates take with each customer, so again not surprising there was a bit of a wait. Always great gifts and my family loves them.
