I've never been to the store until Thursday the lady there was awesome to me I can't remember her name but she heavy set lady in the liberty area Pandora I will continue to always go back there and add all the charms that I need I'm in love with my bracelet thank you

Sierra is the best customer service representative ever. She tried charms on my bracelet so I could see what it looked like prior to purchasing. She went over and above to assist me.

I was greeted with a smile upon entering the store. The associate was happy to assist me and even found a charm that I thought was not in store. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly.
