The three associates that were in the store on 2/7 in the evening were so helpful. They were so nice, even though I came in right before closing, they took their time and helped me find just what I needed. All three made me feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

Friendly, hassle free exchange on earrings that would not stay closed. No questions ask , found me another pair if the same earrings & made sure they closed tight.

I was told to go to actual store I was trying to return my bangle the clasp had broke it was purchased at Jared. Jared told me they didn't have any bangles and to go to actual store. Well the store said go back to Jared or contact customer service. So I called customer service, my person was knowledgeable and did provide the email and style number. She also help me pick out a safety clasp for another bracelet I got a few months ago.

customer service was excellent, and the items I wanted were available. Salesperson was helpful in recommendations.

My sister has passed away and I was looking for this one ring and the sales ladies were helpful I feel bad because I can’t rememeber their names I am in a grieving process and they were extreamly helpful. I was able to get all four rings in the sizes I needed.

The sales associate was spot on. She asked me the right questions as to what I was looking for and when you didn’t have exactly what I wanted she made other suggestions and helped me pick the perfect gift. Even when the store got busy she acknowledged the other customers but finished helping me first. It was nice not to be rushed.

The store was clean and welcoming. I can in the store in order to purchase a item for my daughter, they had the item. We were in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes.

I walked in and they were able to point me exactly to what I wanted and they even have what I wanted in the store. Also there was a sale so even better! Staff was all nice and helpful!
