Sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. She didn't hesitate to show me other charms in the same category I was specifically looking for. My wife loved her charms and the availability of what I was looking for was spot on.

I was able to try on many pieces without feeling rushed. The questions I asked were answed in a language I understood. I felt no pressure that I had to buy anything at the end of my visit.

The sales associate I worked with, Johane J was very friendly and actually showed me a bracelet I liked more than the one I was originally planning on purchasing. She also kept a fun conversation going and was very knowledgeable. I told her I loved pandora and she recommended that I could even save $10 on my next purchase of $100+ (which is VERY easy for me to spend) if I took this survey!
