The service was very quick today. Only one other shopper in the store and I was helped within a minute of walking in. Selma knew exactly what I was looking for as soon as I mentioned the name of the charm. She also provided answers to my other questions about seasonal charms that I was interested in. I decided to go with just the one charm, but she was very knowledgeable of the products.

The assistant manager who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and nice.
