Very satisfied with Johan and her assistance. She does a great job with customer service and took great care of us. I'm disappointed with the return policy - I purchased something as a Christmas gift, the person had the flu, and so I missed the deadline to return the wrong-size item by a week. Most places have a 90-day return policy, not 60 days. Also quite disappointed with the selection of gold rings. So many of the silver and rose styles are so lovely but I can only wear gold. Wish you would branch out and make more in the gold for those of us who like that.

The Sales person was very informative and helpful

I called earlier with questions about my return. By the time i got to the store, the sales associate already had the necklace out that i wanted.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I found exactly what I was looking for. They had my size in both rings I purchased. The lady helping me, searched the displays to get the ring I wanted.

The store located on the Liberty Mall have a excellent customer service. The store is extremely clean and organized.

Nice sales people. Quality of the bracelets is garbage. I only bought them because buyers on Etsy want them and I sell Pandora knock off bracelets on another site. Guess name recognition only. They tarnish. Not AT ALL worth the $65 price tag.
