Jessmarie was extremely nice and patient. I came in with all my kids and I have 5 so it's a lot plus the husband and usually people don't want to help or get over whelmed but I only mall with them, so I could have been difficult but she made it so pleasant, fun and organized. I only came in for a ring but she convinced me to get more for the rose gold bracelet and I am glad she did I love it, Thank you!

When I first walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly sales associate (mina - Danbury mall store) who was able to find me a charm to add a charm bracelet that I have perviously bought at this pandora store. As I described things that my mother liked she was able to show me there wide variety of options. Thankful I was able to select the Irish lucky stone charm.

I love the variety of merchandise, and I have several bracelets. The staff is friendly and consistently helpful in finding exactly what I want. I stores always sparkle and are consistently clean.

I needed a key chain and just wandered into Pandora. It was during the week and the mall was quiet so I was helped immediately. I asked if there was a key chain available and was shown 3. I was surprised there was even 1! I asked if there was a car charm to go with the key chain and the associate knew right away, yes there was and showed it to me immediately. Very impressed with the whole transaction. Thank you for asking!
