I had been greeted so nicely upon me coming in the sales assistant Barbara was so nice and helped me pick out the most beautiful necklaces for my girlfriends I will be going back this week as welll.

I LOVE MY STORE in danbury. Barbra is so helpful every time I come. She always shows me the current sales and of course ALL THE ITEMS I TO PURCHASE.The store is very clean ,and the customer service I can't say enough about them,they are excellent .

When I walked in I was greeted by a smile and the sales associate assisted right away and gave me a nice compliment.

The worker was very patient and took her time with me showing different rings and charms. She didn't look over my shoulder when I was taking a long time which was very appreciated, I felt I can get what I wanted without the rush. I will walk away if I feel rushed or if I am bothering someone. At the end she had my bags and tissues since one was a gift and the other 3 was for me I had 2 bags and she didn't give one to the other attendant who was being a little awkward by asking for it instead of checking the supply herself. She also did this with a sweet smile very kindly.

The general manager helped me, I wanted to find stacking rings and she gave me lots of options and I felt very comfortable talking to her, she told me about the promotion for a free belt bag over a certain amount and helped me with my price range
