Service was absolutely amazing. The girl serving was absolutely kind and helpful. I just wish there were more associates as we did have to wait a bit for an associate to help us.

The sales person was pleasant to talk to me. She was patient with me. I like my Pandora items.

She greeted me with a beautiful smile (from behind her mask) & quickly brought out all the charms I was looking for. She even gift wrapped my “surprise” birthday gifts (bracelet & charms) - for my (absent) friend & myself. She also made relevant suggestion as to a alternative charm. It’s because of her polite and welcoming demeanor that I ended up spending more than $400 at this store!
