I had purchased a necklace and the chain broke. The sales associate told me to bring in the necklace I didn’t have it at the time. I bought it in and there was no problem at all they swapped it out for a brand new one I am very pleased.

Salesperson was extremely informative and pleasant. Suggestions that she made were very much appreciated and I ended up going with her suggestions

Was there after signing up for Pandora club online however the coupon is not valid in store for 10%. The associate was lovely in explaining it to me however the company should really allow in store as an option as well.
