Great service

Because I had been looking on line and was happy that i was able to get what I was hoping for in the store.

The customer service was really quick and the employees helped me pick out one of the best item's and they really knew how to show me what else will look nice as a gift the next time I go in the store

Estoy satisfecha por que amo su mercancía aunque en mi última compra tuve algunos inconvenientes ya que quería hacer una devolución o cambio en la tienda que visite y me la estaban poniendo en China, a mi tercera visita fue que me resolvieron por que en mi factura decía que si podía hacer cambio o devolución en una de sus tiendas y mostrándole esa cláusula fue que me resolvieron, pienso que deben aclarar esa parte para que no se pase esos mal ratos por que de verdad amo sus mercancías y las seguiré comprando pero deben mejorar esa parte para que el cliente no se sienta frustrado como me sentí yo.

Sales rep Jocelyn P was wonderful in helping deal with a cancelled online order, (1of2 orders was cancelled) she was able to locate items in store and complete sale that way

I was very satisfied with my visit. The sales person so was great, she was very helpful. She also knew exactly what she was talking about. I went there after my first visit back to her and she was still very helpful.

I love Pandora! Is so delicate, and is the best present for this Christmas, my friends I’ll loved!

The salesperon was very friendly and knowledgeable I was disappointed, but I understand that with the holidays so close the selection was very limited

This specific pandora was extremely quick. I went in and told them what charm I was looking for and they took one out and showed me and then I asked for a cleaning kit and they got it quickly and packaged everything up nicely and right away. The workers were very nice. I’ve been to this pandora 2 years in a row for a holiday gift and they have always been amazing.
