I went into the store with a specific item in mind. The associate found the charm with ease and suggested another charm that was related to the item I originally had in mind. I ended up purchasing the charm that she suggested. My visit was quick and easy.

I had already knew what items I wanted. All I had to do was show the picture of the charms I was interested in and the sales associate pulled them out right away and took care of me so quickly. She was kind and very sweet. She chatted with me while conducting my transaction and made sure to label my bags since I bought different charms for different people. Jocelyn P was wonderful.
