I first called to see if Pandora was allowing in person exchanges. Luckily they were! Upon entering the store I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was quick to offer assistance. Not only was the exchange I needed in stock, but after trying on one bracelet, the staff member instantly put it into a disinfectant. When another customer wanted to enter, they kindly asked her to wait to keep the capacity at a minimum. I felt safe and comfortable knowing social distancing was in place, as well as witnessing merchandise being disinfected. Bravo to the kind, hard working staff at the Danbury Mall location! What a positive experience!
