Diana was extremely helpful, and show us how to add the safety chain to our niece bracelet, since is a gift for her, and knew exactly where to find the pink suitcase (it was on a display on the store) not an easy task, considering all the security measurements. A pleasant, not pushy person, we went just for the safety chain, but got a charm also.
